Support includes acknowledgement on the Congress website, in the Onsite Program, and on any Congress schedule when relevant. It also includes your logo on screen and verbal acknowledgement by the moderator at the beginning and end of the session.

1 The Congress Secretariat will send e-blasts to interested parties on a regular basis prior to the event to update on newest developments about the Congress. Your custom banner will be displayed in the body of the e-blast.
2 All confirmed delegates will receive a final confirmation email a few days before the Congress, with valuable information such as Venue address, Registration Desk hours, etc. Your custom banner will be displayed in the body of the email.
3 Every morning (Saturday - Sunday - Tuesday - Wednesday), the Congress Secretariat will provide delegates with an email update highlighting the best sessions and presentations scheduled for that day. Alojamiento
La secretaría del congreso (International Conference Services, Ltd.) es el departamento oficial que se encarga del alojamiento para el IX Congreso Mundial de Educación Ambiental. Ofrecerá asistencia coordinando las necesidades de alojamiento para los delegados y grupos del congreso. Se han negociado tarifas especiales en hoteles de la ciudad de Vancouver para los delegados y grupos que asistan al congreso.
