Name Badges<\/h3>\n

Delegates and guests are requested to wear their name badge at all times in order to participate in sessions, exhibition and networking opportunities. Please ensure that you pick up your name badge at the registration desk.<\/p>\n

Certificate of Attendance<\/h3>\n

International attendees can request a \u2018Certificate of Attendance\u2019 by completing the congress evaluation form. After completing the evaluation form you will be able to download your certificate of attendance. The deadline to request a \u2018Certificate of Attendance\u2019 is Monday, October 16, 2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
